I needed the perfect gift for my parents. They are going to be celebrating their silver wedding anniversary in a few weeks so I decided to get them something that fits. I went to My Family Silver to see what ideas I might be able to come up with. There is a family crest finder on the website. I was able to find our family crest and then I discovered that they had a photograph frame with the crest on it! I of course bought it immediately. I am going to make a copy of their favorite wedding picture and put it inside the frame. I think that they are going to love it. My parents have given up a lot for me, I want to do something to pay them back. I think that this is going to be a little reminder of how much I love them, they’ll see the frame and think of me.

My friend told me that she is going to take me shopping for Kandi Beads tomorrow. I told her I didn’t even know what those were or why I would want to go shopping for something like that. She told me that I had to trust her and that I will be so glad that she took me shopping for these kinds of beads. I am not really much of a bead person. I do not really like craft projects of any kind. When I was in high school I took a pottery class and I really hated it. I found it to be too messy and everything I made looked like junk when I was finished. Even the people who seem to really know what they were doing didn’t seem to create anything that look that exciting in my opinion. So that always left a rather negative impression in my mind about doing creative type projects.
